All Woodbridge Mills products are available at Woodbridge farmers market and a selection is available at the Tide Mill and at Buttrum’s Windmill .
All our Oat products are flaked using the Compo hand flaker and until recently all our flour was ground using the Pico grain mill however demand has now outstripped supply so now I have managed to find a local Organic farmer who grows Wheat and Spelt and is willing to supply me with flour in 25k bags. The flour is milled in a larger version of my mill so it is still stone ground and is ground on demand so it is still fresh the only way you will get it any fresher is to mill your own. I can supply Mills and Flakers at discount prices and also the grain that you will need to use. I supply the grain in 10 ltr buckets telephone 0139 4411196 for details. However I still use the Pico for demonstrations and school visits I can tell you it is a wonderful machine well able to to handle anything you through at it. Very reasonably priced excellent quality and I can assure you I have tested it well .
I can also vouch for the Compo flaker as I am flaking 25k of oats for each farmers market and it is still going strong.
